Meet Coach Kay
Certified Habit Coach & Productivity Expert
Watching others achieve their goals is something I never knew I wanted a front seat to. But the truth is, I know life can be hard. It has ups and downs. It can feel like a race. Sometimes it can feel lonely as you chase your dreams. It did for me. I found myself running out of mental space and energy to plan my goals, stick to them, celebrate them even. Which is why, at the start of 2016, I became certified as a habit/accountability coach and ever since then I’ve come alongside over 100 clients to help them not only achieve their goals but celebrate them too!

With 12 years of experience in running my own business, I understand the importance of finding balance between personal and professional goals. With my guidance, you will be able to cut through the chaos and overwhelm and live a more organized life that you love.

On a more personal note...
I'm a mom of two sweet little kiddos who keep me on my toes daily (2 under 2 was no joke guys!) and wife to a fantastic husband who pushes me to pursue my passions.
But before all of them, I was an English major taking extra credits to graduate a semester early, running a club on campus while part of two others, head of the nursery staff at my church, and nannying 7am-7pm three days a week.

After that crazy year, I realized how much of my personal life I had missed when my sister made a comment about how I was finally coming out of a cave. So I took all the productivity hacks and accountability lessons I had learned during that time and decided I needed to expand it to my personal life.

When life got crazy again in 2016 and I was running my own business while nannying 50 hours a week and planning my own wedding in the peak of wedding season (not ideal as a wedding photographer, ha) I was actually able to implement everything I now teach to my clients about being able to hit both personal and professional goals. I believe you can do it too.
Sometimes we need that outside voice to help us reprioritize or to remind us of our big why. That's why I'm here!
